  • R & D of health food derived from natural medicinal resources, focus on memory enhancement, improving depression, anxiety, fatigue and sleep disorder,especially on health promotion for Spaceflight.
  • Establishment of methodology for efficacy evaluation on food derived from natural medicinal resources, targeting on improvement of neuro-psychic disorders.
  • Assessment of nutraceutical components and safety of health food. 
  • Study on technology for processing and utilization about functional food derived from natural medicinal resources.
