一、个人简介
      邢福国,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院“青年英才”、国家真菌毒素防控科技创新联盟副秘书长。2001年获山东大学理学学士学位,2004年获山东大学理学硕士学位,2007年获中国科学院研究生院理学博士学位,2016年在美国农业部南方地区研究中心开展访学研究,2007年至今在中国农业科学院农产品加工研究所工作。长期从事农产品减损与真菌毒素防控研究工作,

在粮食无损检测和智能分选技术、粮食中真菌毒素精准绿色防控技术和污染粮食原料安全脱毒技术方面取得了一定成果。主持国家重点研发计划(基础研究类)课题2项、国家自然科学基金3项、公益性行业(农业)科研专项课题1项、973计划项目子课题1项、北京市自然科学基金2项;参与国家科技支撑计划、转基因重大专项、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目14项。获中国农业科学院杰出科技创新奖2项、中华农业科技奖二等奖1项、山东省科技进步奖2项、中国农业科学院“十二五”农产品质量安全亮点研究成果奖1项;以第一作者和通讯作者发表学术论文80余篇;授权国家发明专利40项。

二、主要研究领域

从事粮油减损与真菌毒素防控研究工作。主要研究领域:

1.粮油储运减损保质技术研发、集成与示范:阐明粮食产后收储过程中品质劣变、霉变及其调控的生化与分子机制;研发适宜产地和产后服务中心应用的智能、低耗、高效的中小型自适应烘储技术和装备;基于在线监测数据智能响应,以“高品质保粮”为目标,研发粮食仓储霉虫绿色精准防控技术和设施设备;鉴定仓储粮食品质劣变、霉变挥发性标志物, 研发仓储霉变在线监测预警技术。

2.真菌毒素合成调控机理与精准防控技术:研究水活度、温度、营养等环境因素对真菌毒素合成的影响,采用多组学技术解析环境因素调控真菌毒素生物合成的基因网络;在食品贮藏、加工过程中,开展真菌毒素的阻断、抑制技术研究及产品研发,采用多组学技术揭示抑制剂阻断、抑制真菌毒素生物合成的生化机制与分子机理。

3.农产品质量安全检测技术:采用高光谱成像技术,解析霉变及真菌毒素污染粮油产品的光谱变异规律,研发霉变及真菌毒素污染粮油产品的分选去除技术及设备;研发食品真菌毒素、致病菌等生物危害物的快速检测技术与产品。
