Research interest

Prof. Duan Yuquan, Ph.D., Researchfieldistechnological innovation of fruit and vegetable preservation, processing and quality control.Member of Academic Committee, National research and development system of agricultural product processing technology Member, director of China Logistics Association, director of China Apple Industry Association, Zhongguancun cold chain logistics alliance. Expert committee member, editorial board member of "preservation and processing", "agricultural products processing". Presided over and participated in national key R & D projects, general projects of NSFC, agriculture. More than 30 national level topics, such as the Ministry of industry's special public welfare project, the formulation and revision of agricultural industry standards, etc. Won provincial and ministerial level success. There are 4 fruit awards and more than 20 national invention patents. Presided over the formulation of 2 industry standards and participated in the formulation of industry standards. There are 3 items. In China's agricultural science, Journal of agricultural and food chemistry. Postharvest biology and technology, Food Chemistry and other magazines published research papers 49. He has edited 2 works and participated in 14 works.
