The 5th International Workshop of Meat Quality and Processing Technology will be held on 23 June 2022,online. The theme of this workshop is meat quality and supply chain management technology. You are cordially invited to attend the 5th International Workshop. We are looking forward to meeting you in June 2022.

Objectives

To establish an international platform for knowledge sharing and scientific discussion and set up a collaboration network of meat science and technology, to promote the development of research in meat science and nutrition.
