Symposium for the Internet of Things and Food Traceability System Opens in Beijing

    On January 11th, the Symposiuim for the Internet of Things and Food Traceability System, hosted by the IFST, CAAS was held in Beijing.
 
    This symposium is one of the main work items for the “Research on the Technical Development Trends for Food Safety and the Internet of Things” as a Dedicated Project for S&T Consultations, presided over by professor of Dr. Wei Yimin. This research aims to study the current status and development trends of food safety, the Internet of Things and other relevant areas, provide holistic, farsighted and strategic consultations for decision making of the government and offer reference for S&T input and government policy making in the area of food safety in China.
