Research interests

Meat Dishes Engineering and Food Self-heating Technology

-Focus on key technologies such as the development and maintenance mechanism of meat dish quality, ingredient interaction, digital seasoning and conditioning, intelligent processing, and create engineering equipment such as prefabricated molding, efficient thermal processing, and automated packaging.

-Develop food self-heating technology, establish research methods for self-heating food, develop efficient, safe, and adaptable self-heating technologies and devices, and formulate a series of standards for self-heating food.
